2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To use the kh99 platform, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. We may request valid identification for age verification purposes. If any person creates an account using a false age, their account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Where suspicious activity is detected, kh99 reserves the right to investigate and close the accounts involved.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any changes to your information must be reported to kh99 without delay. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) secure. If anyone accesses your account without your permission, you must notify our support team immediately. kh99 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use by a third party.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at kh99, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. However, for deposits of ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is bonus amount × 15. This applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposited cash. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. This means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only — bonuses cannot be claimed across multiple accounts belonging to the same household or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to any other account.
• kh99 reserves the right to exclude bonus wagering from specific games or betting markets.
• Only deposited cash may be withdrawn before bonus terms are met, but doing so may cancel any active bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, kh99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Promotion Changes & Cancellation

kh99 reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the platform. Existing terms will continue to apply to users who have already participated in an ongoing promotion.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

kh99 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. All games are secured with SSL encryption technology and are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across different games and markets. These limits are displayed next to each game on the platform. kh99 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any player.

6.3 Bet Cancellation Policy

If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, an incorrect displayed price, or any other unintentional reason, kh99 reserves the right to cancel it and return the stake. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using any form of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Operating coordinated accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform for gain.
• Collecting or using other users' personal information.

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Play

8.2 Self-Limits & Self-Exclusion

10.1 Limitation of Liability

kh99's maximum liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform will be equal to your account balance at the relevant time. kh99 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party actions.

10.2 Right to Close Accounts

kh99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• At the user's own request
