Play with Fun, Know Your Limits — kh99's Responsible Gaming Commitment
kh99 believes every player's gaming experience should be safe, healthy, and enjoyable. Our responsible gaming tools and policies help you stay in control at all times.
Our Core Principles
At kh99, we believe gaming should be purely a form of entertainment — not a livelihood or a way to relieve stress. The principles below are the foundation of every decision we make.
Player Protection is the Highest Priority
Every player's mental and financial well-being matters most to us. No profit is ever greater than a person's welfare.
For Adults Only
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at kh99. We maintain strict age verification measures to protect minors.
Transparency and Honesty
We always present our rules, terms, and bonus details clearly so you can make decisions with complete information.
Entertainment is the Main Purpose
Do not treat gaming as a solution to financial problems. It is an entertainment activity — like watching a film or playing sports.
Support is Always There
Our 24/7 support team is always ready to help in both Bengali and English. Reach out with any concerns about gaming and we will be there.
Safe Environment
With SSL encryption and fair play guaranteed, kh99 keeps every player's data and transactions secure.
Responsible Gaming Tools
kh99 offers a range of effective tools to help players manage their gaming habits. Use these tools to maintain healthy gaming practices.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take at least 7 days to process, giving you time to reconsider the decision.
Set Loss Limits
Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, no more bets can be placed during that period — it is the simplest way to protect yourself from financial loss.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum length for each gaming session. When the time limit is up you will be logged out automatically. Playing for a long time without a break can lead to mental fatigue and rushed decisions.
Take a Break (Time-Out)
If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account remains active but no bets or deposits can be made. Return completely refreshed after the break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative effect on your life, you can choose long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated for 6 months up to 5 years. During this period the account will be fully deactivated.
Reality Check Notifications
Receive pop-up notifications at regular intervals reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. These small reminders help you stay aware and in control.
To activate these tools, contact kh99 via live chat or email us at [email protected]. Our team is ready to help 24/7.
21+ Age Requirement
All gaming activity at kh99 is strictly for those aged 21 and above. Age is verified at the time of account registration and identity documents may be requested at any time.
If there is a minor in your household who uses the internet, install parental control software on your device. Never share your login details and always log out after gaming.
We closely monitor suspicious account activity and reserve the right to investigate or suspend any account to protect minors.
For 21+ Only
By accessing kh99 you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
If you suspect a minor is using your account, contact us immediately.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
Gaming problems develop gradually. If you or someone close to you shows the signs below, it is time to seek help.
Feeling the urge to bet more and more to try to win back lost money.
Repeatedly trying to stop gaming but failing each time.
Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends.
Taking out loans or using family money to fund gaming.
Continuing to game while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not playing.
Turning to gaming to escape stress or loneliness.
Frequent arguments or a deteriorating relationship with loved ones over gaming.
Remember: Asking for help takes courage. If you recognise any of the signs above, contact the kh99 support team today — we will offer a helping hand without judgment.
Tips for Healthy Gaming
Responsible gaming does not mean staying away from gaming — it means playing consciously, within limits, and for enjoyment. These simple habits will keep your experience positive at all times.
Set a Budget Beforehand
Before you start gaming, decide the maximum amount you can spend. Even if you lose that amount, it should have no impact on your daily life. Never go beyond your budget.
Do Not Make Gaming Part of Your Daily Routine
If you feel compelled to game every day, that can be a warning sign. Choose a few specific days each week and spend the rest of your time with family and other activities.
Do Not Game Just to Win
Winning and losing are both normal in online gaming. Starting to game with the aim of recovering a financial loss or getting rich quickly increases the risk of problems.
Keep a Clear Head
Never game when you are tired, under mental stress, or after drinking alcohol. In these states the tendency to make rushed decisions increases and there is a greater chance of going beyond your budget.
